The Senior Finance Analyst will report to the FP&A Director and will support building and maintaining financial models, budgeting and management reporting for the organization. This role will work with the internal finance and accounting teams as well as business leaders across the organization to provide results, develop and optimize analytical models, and ultimately provide recommendations to aid in executive decision making. You will serve as a thought leader to improve processes, drive standardization, and build scalable reporting and forecasting solutions. You will have Board meetings and investor reporting responsibilities. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support department level Opex reporting including actuals versus budget process creation – key priority, headcount, revenue
  • Commissions (sales and operations)
    • Monthly accruals
    • Quarterly calculations/payments
    • Creating, maintaining, and training on calculators
    • Annual commission modeling support
    • SPIFF program support
  • Revenue ad hoc support as needed
The skills and abilities you’ll need to succeed:
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A
  • Previous experience in high growth and venture and/or private equity backed businesses preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise and management reporting
  • Strong understanding of GAAP/Statutory accounting principles and financial statement modeling
  • Excel proficiency required
  • Excellent communicator with experience distilling complex information into articulate narratives that cater to wide audiences
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced startup environment
