We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Process Analyst to support high-impact, cross-functional projects for the Finance organization. In this role, you will be supporting the process mapping, optimizing and reengineering of key Finance business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process mapping and improvement methodologies, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and a proven record for driving change within complex organizations. You will work with a range of stakeholders, be required to navigate ambiguous challenges, partner and influence effectively to deliver transformation. This role is 100% Remote.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of current business processes, including process mapping, data collection, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions, engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Recommend process redesign initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies to drive sustainable change.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for process improvement efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Transformation Leads on the status of process improvement initiatives, including successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in business process management, incorporating new methodologies and tools into our practices as appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Business Process Management (BPM) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business process management, process improvement, or related field.
  • Detailed oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives to completion.
  • Experience with process mapping and modeling tools such as Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Finance processes, process automation technologies and business process management software (BPMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and driving positive change within the organization.
