  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, Data Engineers, and other Application Engineers on cross-functional projects.
  • Leverage technical and business knowledge to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Support troubleshooting, configuration, testing, and deployment of applications to meet requirements and timelines.
  • Train end-users and peers on new processes and system functionality.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in HR-related applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience using the FastAPI framework.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React.js.
  • Experience with databases such as Postgres; ability to write complex SQL/PLSQL queries and optimize performance.
  • Strong foundation in computer science and engineering principles (algorithms, data structures, design patterns, virtualization, etc.).
  • Experience building large-scale microservices and applications using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Ability to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, security, and system stability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Outcomes-oriented with proven ability to deliver measurable impact and iterate for improvement.
  • Strong ownership mindset, proactive learner, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
