Our Customer is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement host lifecycle marketing strategies to drive activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Own and manage lifecycle campaigns across email, push, onsite, and in-app channels.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy, business requirements, planning, delivery, and performance evaluation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing Operations, Creative, Analytics, Community, and Business Operations, to build roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive testing and learning initiatives, including one-off campaigns, experimentation, and automation of successful strategies.
  • Conduct regular experimentation and analyze user data to generate actionable insights.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on host engagement, CRM trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage project workflows and cross-functional campaign development with stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Creative, Brand, and Production teams.
  • Translate business goals into delivery requirements, including data needs, segmentation logic, targeting criteria, and dynamic content requirements.
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting and build dashboards to monitor and communicate performance.
  • Present strategy, progress, results, and analytical insights to stakeholders and business leaders.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience building, implementing, and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Experience managing large-scale, high-volume B2C email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology stacks, tracking, and campaign tooling.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience working directly with Production and Engineering teams on technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and marketing technology architecture.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving team environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product management experience.
  • Experience with enterprise email service providers (ESP).
