We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, UKG Dimensions, on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.


This role involves managing, configuring, and maintaining the UKG Dimensions system, which includes handling timekeeping and workforce management modules. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and creating reports to support the HR Operations team. The role requires technical proficiency with the UKG system, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and collaboration with various teams. The role will require partnerships across HR and the business. The experienced candidate will perform discovery on the current state, prepare a summary with recommendations for short-term and long-term strategies.



Responsibilities:

  • System administration: Manage, configure, and maintain the UKG Dimensions system, including employee profiles, pay rules, and accrual profiles
  • Troubleshooting and support: Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system defects in the UKG Pro Workforce Management and Time and Attendance modules
  • Integration management: Monitor and troubleshoot data feeds and integrations between UKG and other systems
  • System enhancements: Implement new features, workflows, and configurations, and test planned system enhancements
  • Reporting and analytics: Design and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide business insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Requirement analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the UKG system
  • Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams, and liaise with vendors to ensure the system meets business needs
  • Process improvement: Assess current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and alignment with HRIS and organizational objectives
  • Training and documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and job aids to support end-users and promote proper system utilization.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, or a demonstrated equivalent level of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with the UKG (formerly Kronos) Dimensions application
  • Extensive knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, including federal, state, and local payroll legislation
  • Proficiency in UKG configuration, system integrations, and report writing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data analysis skills
  • Experienced organizations with over 15,000+ employees
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and lead projects
  • General knowledge of FLSA and US pay regulations is often required. Experience with other HRIS systems like Workday is a plus.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Cognos, SQL, BOOMI is preferred
