Job description

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.


We are seeking a Senior IAM Systems Analyst on a contract basis to lead and support initiatives related to Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify credential ownership, facilitate vaulting and secure management of privileged credentials, and ensure compliance with security policies. This role requires strong technical expertise in IAM solutions and excellent communication skills to drive collaboration across teams. This role is 100% remote, East Coast preferred.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholder discussions to identify and verify ownership of privileged credentials across systems.
  • Manage the onboarding, vaulting, and lifecycle management of privileged accounts and credentials.
  • Support and enhance PAM solutions, ensuring secure and compliant access controls.
  • Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to design and implement privileged access policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot IAM and PAM system issues, recommending improvements or remediation.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports reflecting credential usage, compliance status, and risk assessments.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and evolving PAM technologies to inform continuous improvement.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working with IAM platforms, particularly with PAM tools and processes.
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Strong understanding of privileged credential management, vaulting, and rotation practices.
  • Excellent facilitation skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus on credential ownership and access controls.
  • Experience integrating and supporting PAM solutions in complex IT environments.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
