Our Customer is a software vendor of cloud-based ERP that practices in human capital management and financial management applications. They offer products and services that allow customers to oversee time tracking, procurement, employee data, financial accounting, and expense management at anytime and anywhere. They continue to offer enterprise-level software solutions for financial management, human resources, and planning. Their proven methodology, expertise, community, tools, and education help ensure your organization’s success.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support the healthcare marketing and sales team in planning and owning the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including reputation, demand, engagement and enablement. This role will combine strategy and planning with hands-on program creation. The ideal candidate will own goals and programs, as well as supporting the day-to-day tactical needs of a busy team. You will work closely with solution marketing, content marketing, digital, creative, customer advocacy, field marketing, and paid media teams while optimizing the marketing mix across channels to drive conversion into pipeline. This role is a hybrid setup with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite in Pleasanton, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Produce integrated marketing campaigns from inception to optimization with a cross-functional marketing team including project management, web and online marketing, corporate communications, content marketing, social media, creative services, events, field and partner marketing, sales teams, and third party vendors. This will include:
    • Developing the overarching strategy -- including messaging, content, and stories to build campaigns and promoting these in multiple channels
    • Crafting tailored programs for the key decision makers and influencers in a buying decision
    • Managing and monitoring program spend to ensure budget is on target
    • Working with project managers to develop and monitor project plans and schedules
    • Coordinating the various external/internal teams working on the campaign
    • Working with corporate sales development on effective follow up and sales plays
    • Ensuring programs are set up properly in various marketing tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Demandbase, Drift, Integrate, Tableau, Workfront and SalesSPOT (Highspot)
    • Monitoring campaign effectiveness, goal attainment, and providing recommendations for optimization
    • Managing progress toward goals and adjusting where needed to stay on target to meet company goals
Must-Haves:
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience in B2B software driving impactful demand generation programs
  • Proven track record executing marketing programs on both a strategic and tactical level
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional groups and get results
  • Ability to lead project related budgets and monitor campaign performance and spend
  • Ability to carefully analyze program results and performance trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
  • Enterprise software/B2B marketing experience required
