We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Franchise Capability on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote in Atlanta, GA.

The Senior Manager, Global Franchise Capability, supports the global Franchise Capability learning and development agenda, helping the associates achieve greatness for themselves and for our customer's business. At the company, they define Capability as the powerful combination of knowledge, mindset, and skill. Franchise Leadership, the function that leads the partnerships between the company and bottling partners, is one of the key competitive advantages and thus a critical Capability priority for the company. This role combines strategic thought leadership, stakeholder consulting and highly skilled program management into one role responsible for supporting end-to-end design, development and delivery of comprehensive development solutions. Sitting within the Talent & Development Center of Excellence (COE), this role delivers innovative adult learning strategies to a community that is hungry to grow.

NOTE: Candidates must have their own laptops, the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time

Responsibilities:
  • Capability design and implementation
    • Bring a fresh point of view on the elements of our 3 year strategic plan, including individual program design, development and program management of several new and ongoing core initiatives
    • Partner with the Learning Innovation and Learner Experience teams to infuse innovative and inspiring adult learning strategies into the implementation of initiatives
  • Program Support
    • Support the design, development, and delivery of core offerings, including:
    • The Franchise Academy (our global community learning experience)
    • AI powered Negotiation Simulation
    • Update e-learning curriculum
    • Learning and development aligned with best practice sharing
  • Stakeholder Consulting and Management
    • Influence leaders and learners without authority to participate and engage in capability programs
    • Engage subject matter experts across the business to capture internal knowledge that can help set a baseline understanding and refinement of key skills
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Global Franchise Capabilities to help execute against a multi-year plan to achieve growth in core functional skills for associates at all levels
  • Interact with many others by leading project teams and collaborating across the company and also with some vendors

Required Experience and Skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience supporting or leading learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation
  • Knowledge of adult learning strategy, learning technology and measurement
  • Passion for developing talent and enabling people to be their best selves
  • Both experience and a passion for understanding business strategy and for building functional learning and development experiences
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Proven experience of successfully juggling many items concurrently
  • Learning agility – ability to gain a working knowledge of the function and business, and to switch focus across various projects as needed (Franchise subject matter expertise not required)
  • Business acumen – ability to listen and learn to quickly understand how we do business at company and the role of the Franchise Operations employee
  • Digitally savvy – able to work effectively in a constantly-evolving digital-first world
  • Critical thinking and problem solving – can bring structured thinking to complex and ambiguous topics
  • Enterprise mindset - highly collaborative working style with ability to deliver results
  • Communication and marketing – written and verbal, including strong storytelling capabilities
