Job description
10-25 hours/week
$120-155/hour
Remote with some onsite meeting
Candidate must be Chicagoland-Based
The role
- Senior delivery back-up on healthcare-services and private equiity diligence engagements — senior judgment, client-facing quality, and account stewardship rather than pure production
- Steps in to support and help lead live client work; partners closely with firm leadership and full team
- Flexible / on-call to start, scaling with deal flow — likely an initial engagement of ~10–25 hrs/week, with room to grow
Experience we're looking for
- 7–10 years at a large/established consulting or advisory firm
- Sector depth in healthcare providers and services, and experience serving private equity (commercial due diligence and/or portfolio value creation)
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering with client delight
- Demonstrated ability to expand and grow a client account
- Demonstrated use of AI-tools to improve consulting delivery efficiency
Logistics
- Chicago-based strongly preferred (close to our clients); role is mostly remote, with in-person time with the team/client when needed, on a set schedule
- US work authorization
- Target rate $120–155/hr, commensurate with experience
