As the Sr. Manager of Internal Talent Acquisition for TMP, you will work closely with the Director or People and Legal to set our Diversity Equity & Inclusion Strategy Plan and your Responsibilities will include:
-Serve as a subject matter expert a deep knowledge of methods to increase D&I within the TMP Team
-Creatively evolve diverse recruiting function to grow the TMP team
-Lead, manage, and develop Talent Acquisition team to successfully achieve annual hiring goals
-Identify and implement recruiting best practices and efficiencies to drive results while implementing and streamlining processes
-Partner with team on successful onboarding experience for new employees
-Work with Director of People and Legal on program development for interviewers and hiring managers to ensure excellent internal and external experiences
-Oversee recruiting strategy for entry to senior level internal needs
-Facilitate and organize ongoing training and education for interview optimization, continuous education, and system improvements
-Integrate recruiting systems, tools, and technologies across Talent Acquisition and People Operations platform
-Coordinate project management of ATS implementation, upgrades, and integration of other systems
-Drive adoption, optimization, and full utilization of all recruitment tools and technologies
-Owning diverse technology talent attraction strategy and execution
-Vet potential candidates taking into consideration skills, work experience, work/life considerations and relevant credentials and education
-Manage supply and demand ration of talent and opportunities by working with the hiring committee and hiring managers
-Build structure and SOPs for TMP’s TA process
- Develops and leads a communications plan to promote D&I activities, initiatives and messages for potential candidates in the recruitment process
-Partners with the Director of People and Legal to upskill our Team on the value of DE&I
-Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Pre-requisites for our Sr. Manager of Internal Talent Acquisition:
-5+ years experience of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, with preferably 2+ years in a startup or high-growth environment
-Prior experience and expertise in a similar DE&I role
-Successful track record identifying and qualifying exceptional talent, building diverse and inclusive teams, while hitting aggressive growth metrics
-Experience in diversity sourcing and recruiting for technology and engineering teams
-Passion and understanding of technology
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work from our start-up HQ in the River North neighborhood
-Proven experience creating a team environment focused on working smart, having fun and always owning it
-Indomitable spirit and propensity to think positively, drive hard, and support a team
-Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence a bias for action and creative solutions
-Hands-on, “roll up the sleeves” mentality
-Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with developing and implementing new strategies to address competitive hiring markets and complex business issues
-Demonstrated history of building trust to achieve results
-Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and themes

Compensation & Benefits:
-Base compensation at $95,000 + $20,000 annual bonus potential (bonus paid out quarterly)
