Our Customer is a software vendor of cloud-based ERP that practices in human capital management and financial management applications. They offer products and services that allow customers to oversee time tracking, procurement, employee data, financial accounting, and expense management at anytime and anywhere. They continue to offer enterprise-level software solutions for financial management, human resources, and planning. Their proven methodology, expertise, community, tools, and education help ensure your organization’s success.


Our Customer is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing on a contract basis to support and grow their strategic partnerships. This role is onsite in Chicago, IL or Sunnyvale, CA.


This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and growth within the partner ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage marketing assets and programs that support the partner ecosystem vision, foster relationships with key partners and support growth goals.
  • Work closely with agencies to support innovation partners in their development of marketing and sales assets that support Partner developed solutions and applications
  • Collaborate across sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing programs that align with the Global Partner Organization business objectives
  • Support the development of partner-led marketing content including but not limited to: solution briefs, social media assets, videos, solution/app value propositions, etc.
  • Support marketing enablement webinars focused on helping partners market their application/solution
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation and conversion rates, to recommend actionable insights to optimize partner marketing activities
  • Support current research and competitive analysis to identify trends, best practices and areas for partner marketing improvements


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years global partner marketing experience in the B2B tech sector driving partner marketing pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing plans that have clear metrics and KPIs
  • Strong track record of collaboration across functions and geographies
  • Experience creating co-marketing campaigns that support sales pipeline and revenue growth from demand generation through closed/won opportunities
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute several marketing programs simultaneously
  • A passion for learning —unafraid to try new things, fail fast and course-correct
  • A partner champion who articulates the value of the ecosystem to internal and external stakeholders
  • Data-driven and experimental in how you approach and measure your work
  • Experience executing partner marketing strategies and experience delivering marketing campaigns that meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing key partner relationships to ensure execution plans are communicated and managed effectively both internally and externally.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Tableau.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Sense of humor
