What you'll do:
The Mom Project is seeking a Senior Manager, UX Strategy & Operations to join the Platform Experience team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our user experience strategy and collaborating cross-functionally to identify and execute user experience enhancements that facilitate delivery of an exceptional user experience.

We’re looking for an experienced and exceptional strategic operator with start-up experience and proven ability to guide strategic projects to completion. We want someone who has successfully built a consumer centric user platform and will advocate internally and externally for the resources, investment, data and strategy necessary to operationalize and formalize the experience for our consumer users.

In this role, you’ll:
-Build out the User Experience function to include development of a long-term vision and business roadmap.

-Craft program governance, structure, strategies, metrics and priorities that reflect immediate and long-term business goals.

-Design and implement scalable processes that complement existing infrastructure and enhance efficiency within the organization.
-Use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to drive business decisions and assess and enhance key experience inflection points for talent within The Mom Project Community.

-Maintain ongoing communication and nurture relationships with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Research and Design to ensure visibility and alignment.

-Serve as the User Experience Champion within the organization.

The skills, experience and qualities you’ll need to succeed:

-7+ years experience building and scaling digital operations, startup experience highly preferred
-5+ years experience in technical project leadership, program or portfolio management required

-Ability to dive in as an individual contributor, and scale a team as the business grows.
-Proven track record of successfully scaling operations, teams, and infrastructure to facilitate growth

-Advanced analytical skills and the ability to convey powerful recommendations backed by research
-Ability to anticipate needs and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines and with limited resources
-Demonstrated proficiency in defining, implementing, and managing company-wide initiatives
-Skilled at building and nurturing stakeholder networks and working collaboratively to achieve results.

-Highly skilled communicator; both written and verbal. Can distill complex challenges into action plans that anyone can understand.
-High levels of energy, independence, integrity, and curiosity
