  • Collaborate with other XFN leaders around the world to build and localize global marketing programs, and share best practices across the company portfolio

  • Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing and ensure it delivers on the brand and growth goals in the region

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams that operate cross-functionally
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to operationalize and navigate complex organizations
  • An experienced operator who will be both player and coach in a dynamic team and environment
  • A collaborative approach that embodies the company's core values
  • Creative mindset and an ability to spot opportunities and cultivate ideas where others wouldn’t
  • Analytical rigor and an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Superior ability to cultivate senior stakeholder relationships and bridge disparate priorities across teams
  • Ability to communicate the brand story and value proposition on stages and in the press

Preferred:

  • Marketing experience at a digital platform, app, or media company
  • Experience in consumer brand marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and bringing strong creative campaigns to market
  • Demonstrated success leading a business-to-business marketing team
