Launched on May 5, 2003, the platform is primarily used for professional networking and career development.


We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (2 days on-site with Wednesdays required, and 3 days remote/week) in any of the following locations: San Francisco, Chicago, and NYC.



Responsibilities:


Initial Focus – Trust & Compliance Initiative (First 3-4 Months, ~50% Allocation)

  • Own and shape the internal and external Trust & Compliance narrative
  • Develop content and thought leadership strategy to strengthen enterprise Trust & Compliance positioning
  • Represent Marketing within the cross-functional Compliance workstream
  • Partner with Legal, Information Security, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Address emerging compliance concerns in AI-related buying cycles
  • Support Field enablement with updated compliance messaging, materials, and processes

Ongoing Integrated Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase
  • Own content and thought leadership strategies, positioning the organization as a trusted leader in Hiring and AI
  • Shape external messaging and activate scalable content across web, paid media, email, events, and community channels
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, Global Communities & Events, and Regional Field Marketing
  • Manage integrated programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and budget/timeline management
  • Analyze performance data and deliver insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy
  • Apply marketing best practices to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously incorporate product, customer, and field insights into program development


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of agency, marketing, or communications experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience in B2B, enterprise, or international marketing environments
  • Experience managing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Demonstrated program leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional relationship-building skills
