Job description

About Us

We help employers make hiring from out-of-market talent easy. We partner with leading healthcare organizations and high-growth technology companies to remove relocation barriers and streamline the hiring experience.

We’re a small, tight-knit team where departments work closely together to drive growth. Our Head of Marketing leads overall strategy, and we’re looking for a skilled partner to help bring that strategy to life with polish, creativity, and independence. In this role, you’ll collaborate across sales, customer success, and product to deliver campaigns and content that fuel revenue growth and strengthen client success.

The Role

We’re seeking a part-time Senior Content & Campaign Marketing Specialist (approx. 20 hours/week, flexible schedule). This is a high-impact role for a marketer who has the skills and experience to think strategically but enjoys rolling up their sleeves to execute. You’ll take well-defined strategies and bring them to life, owning messaging, content, and campaign delivery.

This role is a great fit for a skilled marketer who enjoys meaningful work in a flexible and collaborative environment, without the demands of a full-time schedule. We’re looking for a marketer who thinks like a revenue driver – someone who can create compelling content and campaigns that convert, while bringing creativity and fresh ideas to how we reach and engage prospects. You’ll be a trusted partner to the Head of Marketing, helping deliver how we tell its story, engages prospects, and equips our sales team to win.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing to translate strategies and ideas into polished deliverables: drafting copy, building assets, and packaging ABM campaigns, nurture flows, sales collateral, one-pagers, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Build, execute, and optimize HubSpot campaigns: set up workflows, design nurture sequences, launch emails, create landing pages, and manage tagging, attribution, and reporting.
  • Own persona-level messaging and ensure consistency across collateral, campaigns, and sales enablement tools: writing, editing, and updating materials to reflect evolving positioning.
  • Track and audit campaigns and content to identify gaps, misalignment, and opportunities for improvement, recommend and implement fixes: from rewriting copy to rebuilding workflows.
  • Partner with sales and department leaders to refine narratives and talk tracks: editing decks, sharpening scripts, and aligning collateral to frontline needs.
  • Own blog and social channels end-to-end: refine and publish content, manage the calendar, curate industry news and data, and drive engagement through tagging, outreach, and layered campaigns aligned to ABM themes and brand voice.
  • Support event marketing: upload and tag leads, clean lists, build nurture campaigns, and align event insights with broader messaging.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset: document processes, streamline workflows, and suggest tools or approaches to improve efficiency and impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (HR tech, or healthcare preferred)
  • Revenue-minded marketer with a proven ability to design campaigns that generate leads and convert.
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise (campaigns, workflows, reporting, attribution).
  • Experience in ABM execution; you’ve built persona-driven campaigns and know what success looks like.
  • Startup/lean team experience, comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving quickly with limited resources.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency and enhance marketing output.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure results, interpret campaign data, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborative partner who can take direction from the Head of Marketing, run with it, and bring ideas to life with creativity and independence.
  • Strong communicator, able to share work, updates, and recommendations with cross-functional teams clearly and confidently.
  • Strong writer and editor, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas into compelling, persona-driven storytelling.
  • Comfortable updating and polishing sales enablement content and confident advising on recommendations and improvements.
  • Creative thinker who can package ideas into compelling campaigns and content that stand out and drive engagement.
  • Self-starter who can take strategy and execute it independently.
  • Product marketing skills a plus – able to turn product capabilities into clear positioning and conversion-ready assets.

The Details

  • ~20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
  • Remote (HQ in Chicago; Head of Marketing in California). Flexibility to work within CT–PT business hours is required.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.
