Senior Product Designer (100% Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product design across multiple internal product surfaces, from research through shipped UI
• Design user experiences for dashboards, workflow automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-powered reporting tools
• Establish and maintain a lightweight design system to ensure consistency across products
• Design interaction patterns for AI-native workflows, including agent supervision, automated triage, intelligent recommendations, and real-time reporting
• Collaborate directly with engineering teams in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
• Simplify complex, multi-source data into intuitive user experiences
• Design end-to-end user experience for AI-powered internal dashboards
• Create interaction patterns for AI agent supervision and workflow automation tools
• Develop and maintain shared design components and design systems
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new product concepts
• Conduct user research and usability testing with internal stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience designing complex internal tools, enterprise SaaS products, or developer platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating experience simplifying complex workflows through strong interaction design and information architecture
• Strong experience with end-to-end UX and product design
• Experience designing dashboards, workflow automation tools, CRM systems, or enterprise applications
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and shared component libraries
• Ability to work independently as the sole designer on an engineering-focused team
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional, engineering-driven environments
• Strong prototyping and iterative design skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, or Codex
• Experience designing AI/ML-powered features or agentic systems
• Experience implementing designs directly through AI development tools
