Job description

Our Customer is seeking a Sr. Product Designer on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop frameworks and systems that scale beyond core product experiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with researchers, design system, product, engineering, and analytics teams to create intuitive, well-crafted experiences.
  • Contribute to projects that combine digital and physical design, engaging closely with research and end users.
  • Collaborate with a team of designers on core app surfaces, with a specific focus on product quality and education.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience with a strong portfolio showcasing the ability to maintain a high bar for craft at scale.
  • Proven experience leading new initiatives and delivering impact in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to elevating the user experience.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to present and rationalize proposals clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for solving complex problems using a first-principles approach.
  • Experience working across problem spaces that involve multiple audiences.
