Job description

The Mom Project is excited to work with a client from the digital health and wellness space in their search for a Senior Product Manager, Marketing Data and Technology.

This role will lead a cross-functional squad focused on Marketing and Data Technologies. This is a 6-month contract role, with potential to extend based on business needs.

This squad owns and evolves the tools that power their marketing, personalization, and experimentation efforts—including Braze (CRM & lifecycle), AppsFlyer (deep linking & attribution), Amplitude (product analytics), and Split (feature flagging). You’ll play a key role in establishing the foundations for a more agile, data-driven marketing strategy – one that enables seamless customer experiences and accelerates their ability to learn and iterate.

We’re looking for someone who can lead autonomously, define the long-term vision while tackling near-term challenges, and act as the connective tissue across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the Martech squad’s product strategy and roadmap, solving internal and external customer problems while driving measurable business outcomes
  • Drive implementation, reliability, and scalability of tools like Braze, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, and Split
  • Prioritize ruthlessly—balancing technical debt, business priorities, and user experience to ensure the squad delivers meaningful impact
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to enable seamless, personalized customer experiences across channels
  • Apply industry best practices to ensure high-quality product delivery, from discovery to launch
  • Contribute to the broader product strategy and collaborate with other PMs to align on vision and platform evolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and evangelizing your team’s work

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including success as a Senior PM or equivalent role
  • Experience leading cross-functional squads, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Expertise with Martech tools and platforms, especially Braze, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, and Split
  • Strong product instincts. You've worked with design, research, and analytics to shape user-centric solutions that also meet business goals
  • A track record of shipping impactful features in consumer mobile apps at large scale
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills. You know how to use data and experimentation to drive decisions and validate impact
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You’re just as comfortable in a Slack thread as you are presenting to execs
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring clarity and structure where none exists

Preferred:

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer subscription businesses
  • Knowledge of privacy-first product development and user preference management
  • Familiarity with event instrumentation, experimentation frameworks, and marketing and lifecycle performance metrics

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
