We are seeking a Senior Product Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.,



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the 12–18 month vision and strategy for Search Service integrations across the digital ecosystem, including Searchandising tools; provide insights toward a 3-year strategic direction
  • Influence architecture and integration of Search-as-a-Service platforms and human-in-the-loop workflows supporting both employees and customers
  • Advocate for the customer perspective during product ideation and decision-making
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to implement experiments, resolve dependencies, remove barriers, and ensure smooth product delivery
  • Translate Searchandising performance data, user insights, and experimentation results into optimization decisions that improve engagement and conversion
  • Work cross-functionally with Digital Merchandising, Site Marketing, Stores Technology, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Content Operations to define and deliver scalable capabilities
  • Navigate ambiguity, establish clarity on value creation, and prioritize opportunities effectively
  • Define clear product roadmaps, success metrics, and iteration plans aligned with business goals and platform evolution
  • Serve as a key partner connecting platform capabilities with stakeholder needs and search system design considerations
  • Drive continual improvement of Search experiences across customer-facing and employee-facing touchpoints


Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • 7+ years of experience working on digital consumer products, including 5+ years in product management
  • Experience in Search services, Search Merchandising (Searchandising), content tooling, and hierarchy, or human-in-the-loop systems
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across merchandising, marketing, engineering, design, data science, architecture, and operations
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Technical fluency, including the ability to engage in technology concepts, trade-offs, and opportunities
  • Familiarity with API design principles and ability to articulate platform benefits
  • Experience with ML/AI/GenAI-powered systems and human input workflows
  • Background in content management systems, internal tooling, or employee enablement solutions
  • Experience driving system-thinking product discovery and optimization for internal tools and user experiences
  • Experience operationalizing product solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics), A/B testing, experimentation, and insights generation
