Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

Our customer is seeking a Senior Program Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.

About the Team

  • Ads Marketing's Co-Marketing team turns advertiser partnerships into culturally relevant, measurable growth campaigns, not just media placements.
  • We pair brands like Ben & Jerry's, Reese's Puffs, Panera, and Wendy's with Client's consumer moments, audiences, and surfaces to help advertisers grow their business while proving Client is a genuine marketing partner, not just a delivery channel.
  • In 2027 we're scaling our campaign portfolio and with that we need to ensure we have the right infrastructure in place, which this role will help us build.
  • About the Role We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to build the operating structure behind that scale-up.
  • You'll design and stand up our processes and programs from scratch, defining intake, approvals, creative workflows, and reporting where none exist today, then automate the repetitive parts so the team can run more campaigns without more headcount.
  • You'll partner closely with Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Creative to keep dozens of advertiser campaigns moving on time, and you'll bring hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation, Salesforce, and modern project management tools to make that possible.
  • You will report into the Director of Co-Marketing & Monetization in our Ads Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Build new co-marketing programs from the ground up, creating the workflows, governance, and success metrics that let the team scale from bespoke campaigns to repeatable, templatized programs.
  • Identify manual, repetitive steps in the campaign lifecycle, from intake through creative approval to reporting, and implement AI-assisted or automated solutions to remove them.
  • Own end-to-end program execution across a portfolio of advertiser campaigns, managing timelines, resourcing, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Creative.
  • Build and maintain program tracking and reporting in Salesforce and project management tools so stakeholders always know where each campaign stands.
  • Create the playbooks and frameworks that let programs run reliably without you in every detail.

Qualification:

  • You have 5+ years of program or project management experience, with a track record of building programs from zero to running smoothly.
  • You have hands-on experience using AI tools and/or building automated workflows to increase team efficiency.
  • You have experience with Salesforce, ideally managing or building workflows within it.
  • You're proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
  • You communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work.

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
