Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

Our Customer is seeking a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

The Senior Project Manager will serve as both a strategic orchestrator and hands-on producer within the Brand & Creative Operations team. This role manages high-visibility, complex, and cross-functional creative initiatives, while owning end-to-end production of high-volume digital assets such as paid social, display banners, emails, and in-app placements. The position requires a balance of senior-level project management skills, creative production expertise, and detail-oriented execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale, high-priority creative projects, including scoping, roadmapping, milestone planning, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Serve as senior project manager for multi-workstream efforts, driving clarity, visibility, and alignment across stakeholders and leadership.
  • Own the full production lifecycle for mid-funnel and below-the-line digital assets, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple platforms with rigorous quality control.
  • Champion the use of AI tools and platforms to enhance production efficiency and creative opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and external partners to maintain seamless communication and expectation management.
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting (status updates, timelines, resource planning, etc.) to ensure progress and accountability.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve blockers proactively, and continuously optimize project delivery frameworks.
  • Ensure a high standard of executional and creative quality across all deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative production and project/program management, preferably within a fast-paced in-house studio or agency.
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-workstream projects across integrated teams and channels.
  • Extensive hands-on experience producing high-volume digital assets (social, display banners, emails, in-app, etc.).
  • Strong quality assurance skills with the ability to implement thorough asset review processes.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows, from concepting through production to delivery, across digital, video, photo, and experiential.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management and production tools such as Monday.com, Figma, and Frame.io.
  • Detail-obsessed with a proactive, action-oriented mindset and passion for elevating creative work through operational excellence.
  • Curiosity and openness to innovation, especially with new tools that improve efficiency and creativity.
