Job description
Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.
Our Customer is seeking a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role serves as a project manager across high-visibility, complex, and cross-functional initiatives, while also owning end-to-end production of digital asset workstreams—particularly below-the-line executions such as paid social, display banners, email, in-app placements, and other high-volume digital deliverables.
Responsibilities include establishing structure, driving clarity, and ensuring alignment across both small- and large-scale projects. The position also functions as a hands-on producer, managing asset development timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring rigorous quality assurance of final creative deliverables.
The ideal candidate balances strategic orchestration with meticulous attention to detail—capable of leading complex initiatives while personally driving execution to a high standard of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive large-scale, high-priority creative projects and integrated initiatives, including scoping, roadmapping, cross-functional alignment, and milestone planning
- Serve as a senior project manager for multi-workstream efforts, ensuring visibility, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders and leadership
- Oversee end-to-end production and delivery of mid-funnel and below-the-line digital assets
- Establish and manage project timelines, track asset development, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple platforms
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all creative assets
- Champion the use of AI tools and platforms to improve production efficiency and unlock creative opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, product, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Own project documentation including status updates, resource plans, timelines, and reporting
- Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and continuously optimize delivery frameworks
- Ensure high standards of execution and creative craft across all delivered assets
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in creative production and project or program management
- Experience working within fast-paced in-house studios or agency environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple large, complex, multi-workstream projects across integrated teams and channels
- Hands-on experience producing digital assets at scale, including high-volume campaign work such as social, email, display, and in-app assets
- Strong quality assurance instincts and ability to implement structured review and delivery processes
- Deep understanding of creative workflows from concept development through final production and distribution
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management and production tools such as Monday.com, Figma, Frame.io, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate with urgency and drive execution in dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows
- Experience managing digital, video, photo, and experiential creative projects
- Demonstrated passion for optimizing creative operations and improving process efficiency
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation in creative production tools and methodologies
