Senior Project Manager (100% Remote)

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This person will be responsible for managing projects for various retail clients. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management leadership, oversight, and support across all project deliverables
• Lead projects with a solution-focused approach to promote best practices and ensure adherence to project processes and controls
• Manage large, integrated digital creative projects through all phases from conception to delivery
• Facilitate digital creative requirements gathering to ensure stakeholder needs are clearly understood
• Participate in capacity planning across creative teams to monitor utilization and bandwidth
• Establish and maintain proactive risk management strategies throughout project execution
• Encourage positive collaboration while considering partner and business needs in decision-making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and key stakeholders
• Partner with Account Directors and Account Managers to support portfolio business reviews with stakeholders
• Collaborate on digital creative marketing recommendations, strategies, and action plans
• Support additional duties and special projects as assigned

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED, and 6 years of experience leading digital creative projects in an agency environment
• 4+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience using project management platforms such as Workfront preferred
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead diverse teams toward shared goals
• Experience leading digital creative projects within external or in-house advertising agencies
• Strong understanding of digital creative workflows and project management processes
• Experience navigating large and complex organizations and managing stakeholder relationships
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Experience using project management software
