Our Customer is seeking a contract Senior Marketing Project Manager (Creative & Content Operations) to deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-discipline stakeholders. A trusted partner to creative leads to make sure the work is creatively excellent and developed on strategy, on time, and on budget. This role requires a strong but caring lead who is invested in the success of the team and sets the bar high.


This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple lines of business across digital, social, integrated marketing, product launches, and brand campaigns
  • Manage high volumes of creative and content-driven work across buyer, seller, and shopper audiences
  • Oversee digital initiatives, including email campaigns, template-based newsletters, integrated campaigns, blogs, editorial content, nurture series, and video content
  • Manage both short-cycle sprint-based projects and longer-term waterfall-style campaigns
  • Guide projects through the full creative development process, ensuring alignment with strategy and business objectives
  • Monitor SLAs with a target of approximately 85% compliance
  • Maintain visibility into resourcing levels and overall project health
  • Drive scoping and resourcing discussions with the team and stakeholder leads
  • Develop detailed timing, resource, delivery, and risk mitigation plans with stakeholder buy-in
  • Partner with business leaders to develop project roadmaps and forecasts
  • Facilitate working sessions and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups
  • Deliver large-scale, complex projects while leveraging junior project management resources as appropriate
  • Shape and evolve process rollouts across the marketing organization
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to deliver results in a fast-moving environment
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for automation and workflow efficiency
  • Report project highlights, key wins, and performance outcomes to stakeholders


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • Extensive experience working with creative teams and understanding how to drive optimal output from a creative studio
  • Strong experience managing content-driven projects across multiple formats, including long-form content, editorial, blogs, newsletters, email nurture series, and video
  • Proficiency in Jira as a primary project management tool
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace in a cloud-based environment
  • Ability to navigate Figma for creative reviews
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management systems such as Orange Logic
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience driving consensus across demanding groups
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume work and shifting priorities
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Experience communicating project status and business results to stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Airtable
  • Experience aspiring toward or operating at a program management level
  • Experience shaping processes within large marketing organizations
