We are seeking a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Urbandale, IA.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of successful transitions and integrations across geographically dispersed teams
  • Manage direct and indirect resources to achieve project objectives with minimal oversight
  • Drive major change initiatives across people, process, technology, and real estate workstreams
  • Deliver target operating model outcomes across finance transformation programs
  • Communicate project activities, priorities, and expectations to management and cross-functional teams
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
  • Utilize project implementation documentation, toolkits, and migration schedules
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and business impacts
  • Design and develop strategic project documents, including business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans
  • Present project updates and strategic materials to senior leadership
  • Support and lead decision-making processes to ensure project progress
  • Facilitate problem-solving for complex project issues
  • Follow project controls and compliance standards across assigned initiatives
  • Manage deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure change control processes are aligned and functioning

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading major change initiatives and large-scale project delivery
  • Strong program and project management capabilities across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and resources
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with senior leadership
  • Strong strategic planning and documentation skills
  • Strong risk management, compliance, and governance experience
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal direction
