Senior Project Manager (Remote - EST Hours)

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST hours.

Responsibilities:

• Document & maintain updates to business requirements for all assigned projects
• Provide regular progress updates to business stakeholders
• Work directly with the Salesforce delivery team to ensure requirements are understood and completed on schedule.
• Organize bi-weekly work product demonstrations by the Salesforce team that reflect requirements that are being delivered on time.
• Provide implementation leadership and drive output related to program Governance data management, including a project to implement data consolidation automation & AI components.
• Other project management/duties within CD & Sales Governance as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in demonstrated ownership and acumen, translating business requirements to actions and outcomes; experience in managing defects and enhancements
• Strong demonstration of Project Management skills
• Strong communication and written responses
• Experience managing solution delivery through an Agile framework

Preferred:

• Knowledge of/experience working with building new feature functionality within the Salesforce platform
• Experience with AI and RPG
• Experience in financial governance
