The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy on their search for a contract Senior Recruiter!
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join the Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. They are a team of FLC recruiters that support the companies hiring needs across G&A (ie- marketing, legal, finance, people & workplace, trust and safety, operations). The team is responsible for end-to-end recruiting which includes both internal mobility and the external recruiting process. They are both client and candidate facing. They partner from kickoff to close learning about the organizations needs, guiding on DEI strategies, updating job descriptions, advising on panel selection, questions, rubrics by level, comp, start dates and more! They find talent across US and non-US roles.
As a Senior Recruiter you are client service oriented, candidate experience driven, and diversity focused. You have a deep background in full-cycle recruiting in G&A function roles. You have a history of influencing internal partners and building out recruiting strategies. You are someone who loves liaising with hiring managers, advising on a recruiting roadmap, sourcing, and ensuring diverse pipelines are presented. - Manage full-lifecycle recruiting process for roles ranging from individual contributors to senior levels, ensuring a great client and candidate experience throughout.
- Focus on Corporate functions roles in legal, marketing, operations, finance, etc.
- Track pipeline data and insights to provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
- Educate and champion DEI hiring. Build strong diverse pipelines, source passive candidates while engaging with inbound applicants.
- Partner with Hiring Managers across all levels, to create recruiting strategies and drive the hiring process. Make hiring recommendations, share market trends, support events, and build strategy. Define and understand team and business needs, educate and prepare the hiring managers and their panels on process and market, and develop a plan to recruit, attract, and negotiate offers to ensure the best talent for their team.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating with candidates from beginning to end.
- Support internal mobility process.
- Champion the recruiting operations and processes to ensure data integrity.
- Drive the offer process by working closely with internal partners, close and onboard candidates.

Requirements
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of end-to-end full lifecycle recruiting experience with recent work with corporate teams as your main client.
- Volume recruiting and/or campus recruiting in your background a plus
- Experienced in hiring individual contributors and managers with a willingness to recruit at any level.
- You can work on multiple roles that do not have the same candidate pool.
- In-house recruiting experience or experience at an RPO is a must. Agency is a bonus. Coming from a high growth company is desired.
- Experience with total compensation offers and explaining stock and bonus plans is desirable.
- History and passion for diversity and inclusion talent attraction, sourcing, educating, and partnering with DEI and ERG teams to influence new strategies.
- Experienced with Linkedin recruiter sourcing and other sourcing tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- Recruiting with performance marketing, communications, campus, finance, compliance & privacy roles.
- Familiarity working with candidates that need visa sponsorship a bonus.
- Experience recruiting in both domestic and global markets (in particular in Mexico and/or Ireland) is a bonus
- History of using data to advise internal clients and department leadership.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters (ATS), Workday (HRIS)
- Preference for a candidate local to NYC and able to work in the Brooklyn office 1x/week. Remote candidates considered with the expectation to work standard EST hours.
