The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced contract recruiter to join the Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team, a team of full-life cycle recruiters that support the companies hiring needs across the corporate functions (ie- marketing, legal, finance, people & workplace, trust and safety, operations). The team is responsible for end-to-end recruiting which includes both internal mobility and the external recruiting process. They are both client and candidate facing. They partner from kickoff to close learning about the organizations needs, guiding on DEI strategies, updating job descriptions, advising on panel selection, questions, rubrics by level, comp, start dates and more! They find talent across US and non-US roles.
As a Senior Recruiter you are client service oriented, candidate experience driven, and business focused. You have a deep background in full-cycle recruiting and are open to also partnering with the team in a sourcing capacity as needed. Collaborating with internal partners, building out recruiting strategies, liaising with hiring managers, advising on a recruiting roadmap, sourcing, and ensuring diverse pipelines are presented are just some of the areas you have experience in. - Manage full-lifecycle recruiting process for roles ranging from individual contributors to senior levels, ensuring a great client and candidate experience throughout.
- Focus on Corporate functions roles in Trust and Safety, operations, compliance, etc.
- Track pipeline data and insights to provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
- Build strong diverse pipelines, source passive candidates while engaging with inbound applicants.
- Partner with Hiring Managers across all levels, to create recruiting strategies and drive the hiring process. Make hiring recommendations, share market trends, support events, and build strategy. Define and understand team and business needs, educate and prepare the hiring managers and their panels on process and market, and develop a plan to recruit, attract, and negotiate offers to ensure the best talent for their team.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating with candidates from beginning to end.
- Support internal mobility process.
- Champion the recruiting operations and processes to ensure data integrity.
- Drive the offer process by working closely with internal partners, close and onboard candidates.

Requirements
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of end-to-end full lifecycle recruiting experience with recent work with corporate teams as your main client.
- Experienced in hiring individual contributors and managers with a willingness to recruit at any level.
- You can work on multiple roles that do not have the same candidate pool.
- In-house recruiting experience or experience at an RPO is a must. Agency is a bonus.
- Experience with total compensation offers. Working on offers that include RSUs is desirable.
- You can work Eastern Standard Hours
- Experience recruiting in both domestic and global markets (in particular in Mexico) is a bonus
- Experienced with Linkedin recruiter sourcing and other sourcing tools.
- Experience with a CRM
Nice-to-Haves
- Recruiting for Trust and Safety, Risk, analytics, finance, privacy, legal, marketing
- Familiarity working with candidates that need visa sponsorship a bonus.
- History of using data to advise internal clients and department leadership.
- Experience with Workday (ATS and HRIS)
- Experience with a CRM
- Ability to be in our Brooklyn office occassionally
