Job Title: Senior Executive Search Sourcer (Part-Time, Flexible)

Location: Remote

Hours: 5 -20 hrs/wk (flexible)

Hourly Range: $50 - $60/hr, commensurate with experience

Status: Ongoing if mutually agreed upon

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Search Sourcer to join our dynamic team on a part-time, flexible basis. The role will require 5-20 hours per week depending on the project load. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing for executive-level, B2B SaaS, GTM, and technical roles, with a deep understanding of diversity-focused recruiting strategies. This role is perfect for someone who values flexibility and is passionate about making meaningful connections for companies that prioritize equity and inclusion.


Key Responsibilities:

• Source top-tier candidates for executive, GTM, and technical roles in the B2B SaaS industry.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates, focusing on diversity-add talent.

• Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to effectively source candidates who align with our clients’ values.

• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, professional networks, etc.) to identify and engage with passive candidates.

• At times, conduct initial outreach to candidates.

• Provide regular updates and collaborate with the recruiting team to refine search strategies as needed.


Qualifications:

• At least 5 years in sourcing and/or talent acquisition for executive, GTM, and technical roles (experience in B2B SaaS is highly preferred).

• Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion in recruitment, with a track record of successfully placing diverse candidates.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques.

• Experience working with an ATS to manage candidate pipelines.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.

• A passion for working with companies that are values-aligned and committed to equity and inclusion.
