Our customer provides unsurpassed real estate information, tools, and professional expertise across a family of websites and mobile experiences for consumers and real estate professionals through all stages of the home journey. They also offer a complete solution of software products and services to help real estate professionals serve their clients and grow their business in a digital world.
We are seeking a Senior Sourcer on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role will join the team focusing on the technology side of the business. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Austin, TX.
What You'll Do:
- Create stronger talent pipelines, expand our market knowledge and reach, and develop a better understanding of how we best attract candidates
- Build diverse candidate pools of passive talent to improve recruiting efficiency and quality
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across the business and work closely with your team to build new, innovative strategies to attract amazing talent
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of top-tier, passive technical candidates across Engineering, Product, and Data
- Research innovative sourcing methodologies and atypical channels for finding new candidates
- Building out talent and company landscapes across the US and Canada to help build new recruiting strategies
- Establish strong, successful partnerships with both Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Gain industry knowledge, and stay on top of talent trends and news to build out market intelligence
Must-Haves:
- You’re intrigued by the intricacies of sourcing
- Willingness to be part of a new, highly collaborative team, working with other teams and leaders across the business
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Austin, TX.
