Job description
Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.
We are seeking a Senior Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
What You'll Do:
- Talent Related Compliance processes - support in completing I9 audits and physical verifications for I9s that were originally completed as a virtual I9
- Complete Certificate of experience forms for CPAs
- Certification and other types of data clean- up work in preparation for data conversion to a new HRIS system
- 3-5 years of related Human Resource experience; preferably within Affirmative Action and EEO requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
- Prioritizes and independently executes responsibilities
- Ability to work with minimal instruction
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- High degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- SAP/Success Factors Business Warehouse experience
- Salesforce or ServiceNow experience
- Experience in a large or matrix driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operations
