The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.

We are searching for a Senior Specialist, Sales Process Surveillance on a contract basis to support our customer's ongoing business needs. This is a 100% remote role in EST/CST hours.

The position of a Senior Specialist, Sales Process Surveillance is responsible for supporting ongoing surveillance activities and providing operational support. This will include leading Surveillance campaigns involving transactions, applications, statements, online applications and transactions, and others, consolidating results and reporting out on findings, providing insights and recommendations, and interacting with multiple stakeholders throughout the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform required assessments to ensure specified client POS processes meet business requirements
  • Track and execute the surveillance campaigns accurately and in a timely manner
  • Report out on findings to internal stakeholders/leadership
  • Make outbound calls to clients regarding ongoing campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience; experience in making outbound calls
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Strong ability to work independent in a remote environment

Desired Characteristics:
  • Systems knowledge of FD and SharePoint Support Central
  • Demonstrated track record of following established compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and willingly assumes additional responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Superior time management skills and ability to meet standards while performing multiple tasks
