Job description

Our Customer is an independent investment management firm dedicated to delivering an investment experience that helps people get more out of life. They manage $1,198.7 billion in assets on behalf of clients worldwide with the help of over 8,000 highly engaged and motivated employees focused on client needs. They actively encourage their people to collaborate to find the best ideas and solutions for clients, leveraging the tremendous diversity of thought that exists across their global organization.

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This is an onsite role, with preference for candidates based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service by managing the full recruiting lifecycle for back-office roles — sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding — across HR, Finance, Compensation, Compliance, and Legal/Compliance/Audit/Risk (LCAR)
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support immediate hiring needs and longer-term workforce planning across corporate and control functions
  • Develop comprehensive search strategies, including detailed role specifications, screening criteria, timelines, sourcing approaches, and interview frameworks tailored to each function's regulatory and operational requirements
  • Review and align recruiting plans with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Compliance leadership to set expectations and ensure shared accountability
  • Continuously identify and implement creative, effective, and cost-efficient sourcing strategies for niche back-office skill sets (e.g., regulatory reporting, compensation analytics, internal audit)
  • Leverage external market intelligence and industry insights to stay informed on compensation trends, compliance staffing needs, and competitive dynamics in corporate function hiring
  • Partner with external search firms as needed to support senior-level and specialized searches (e.g., Chief Compliance Officer, VP Finance, Head of LCAR)
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, external resume databases, and the applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday) to identify and engage qualified back-office talent
  • Manage internal and external job postings across career sites and relevant third-party platforms
  • Construct, extend, and negotiate competitive offers across a range of seniority levels, from individual contributor to senior leadership

Requirements of the Role

  • 10+ years of dedicated, end-to-end recruiting experience
  • 5+ years supporting talent acquisition for HR, Finance, Compensation, Compliance, or Risk/Audit professionals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruiting dynamics within corporate function and control-side talent markets
  • Experience recruiting across back-office disciplines such as HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, financial planning & analysis, regulatory compliance, internal audit, and legal/risk operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and concepts as they relate to the recruiting lifecycle, including compensation and benefits structures relevant to corporate function roles
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong initiative, follow-through, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted, proactive relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across HR, Finance, and Compliance

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
