With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.
Our Customer is seeking a contract Senior Technology and Process Preboarding Specialist who will be supporting the Preboarding Technology & Process team to facilitate a smooth and seamless pre-hire Preboarding process for Experienced Hires (EH) and/or Campus Hires and Interns. This role is 100% remote.
The Senior Specialist will collaborate with various internal teams, inclusive of various technology partners, for process improvements, troubleshooting, and system implementations. The Preboarding team assumes responsibility for all Preboarding activities once the Pre-hire has officially accepted their offer with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a dependable point of contact for team members to resolve, in a timely fashion, any delays or obstacles in the Preboarding process
- Utilize system information to support the preboarding process and ensure any pending flags are being resolved in a timely fashion
- Work on special project assignments to develop processes and tools for CTS ELE and overall CTS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements to meet current and future needs, and drive efficiencies
- Support issues and escalations with stakeholders, with guidance from the ELE Preboarding Manager/Lead as needed
- Ensure maintenance of standard operating procedures and knowledge articles within the Preboarding team
- Collaborate with USI counterparts on all activities to ensure alignment of priorities and ongoing responsibilities, and leverage best practices between the US and USI Preboarding teams
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of Human Resources experience or related experience
- The ability to work in a highly confidential and sometimes ambiguous environment is required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume volume and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to identify issues and escalate accordingly
- High degree of professionalism and integrity, and the ability to work in a highly confidential environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working independently as well as collaboratively across large teams
- Case Management System experience (Salesforce or SNOW) is preferred
