We are seeking a Service Operations Outbound Fulfillment Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.
The Service Operations Outbound Fulfillment Manager is responsible for managing the relationships, processes, and data flow between operations, planning, business, logistics, and partners.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop balanced fulfillment execution plans at all channel levels and for all accounts within the channel.
You must understand and consider channel requirements and Weeks of Supply (WOS) target strategies and work cross-functionally to identify and resolve challenges as required.
Additionally, you will work closely with operations to align warehouse, logistics, and pick/pack/ship plans with the required shipment plans. As part of this role, you will also drive and support activities related to product data maintenance for work definitions and Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) updates across systems, management of inventory sub-transfers, and publication of monthly returns forecasts to the global service centers.
Successful execution in this role directly impacts customer in-stock rates, On-Time Delivery (OTD), fulfillment costs, warehouse utilization, labor, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations in partnership with suppliers
- Oversee end-to-end order management and fulfillment execution
- Develop relationships, processes, and data flow between fulfillment and operations
- Provide planning inputs and outputs within the service centers (Service Operations sites)
- Contribute to warehouse and transportation capacity planning
- Ensure Finished Goods (FG) inventory and supply availability
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Customer Support team and business
- Manage transactions in Oracle in support of order shipments
- Define and maintain work definitions in Oracle and maintain Service Bill of Materials (SBOM) updates across systems
- Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for order fulfillment
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting as required
- Coordinate supply allocation, order drop, and order prioritization
- Support Retailer and Telco accounts
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience
- Proficient in written and verbal communications in English
- Experience with order management and order entry in an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, or others
- Expertise in Excel and experience retrieving insights/reports from data portals
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Data analytics and problem-solving skills
- Inventory management experience
Preferred:
- Oracle or Fusion experience
- Tableau dashboards experience
