  • Investigate and address root causes for Work Order Error issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and Inventory Control requirements in production order processing.
  • Support UAT testing and maintain accurate MRP (SAP) parameters for assigned product lines.
  • Provide tactical training and mentorship to team members, including work instruction and procedure updates.
  • Resolve work order variances and drive root cause analysis.

Required:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a progressive manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred; medical device manufacturing experience highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years operating/evolving planning systems such as SAP, Adexa, JDA, or Kinaxis.
  • Experience in Production Planning or Project Management.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements in a regulated industry.
  • Advanced ERP experience, including troubleshooting IT issues and leading system customizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to groups and senior management.
  • Demonstrated independence and sound judgment with general supervision.
  • Ability to travel (5%)

Preferred:
