The Mom Project is partnering with a growing Financial Services team looking for a licensed Servicing Financial Advisor to help care for our existing clients. There is no requirement to prospect, market, or bring a book of business. Your focus will be building trusted relationships, supporting financial planning, and delivering attentive, proactive service.

You enjoy helping clients make great financial decisions—and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks. You’re organized, thoughtful, and ready to take ownership of client service within a small advisory team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for existing clients, answering questions and coordinating their financial needs.
  • Prepare for and participate in client review meetings, with opportunities to lead meetings as your responsibilities grow.
  • Support financial planning by gathering information, updating plans, and identifying items that need attention.
  • Implement approved recommendations and coordinate account service requests with our team and financial partners.
  • Take ownership of meeting follow-up, keeping clients informed and seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation while following firm and broker-dealer requirements.
  • Work closely with the lead advisor and support team to provide a consistent, personal client experience.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
  • Approximately three years of relevant financial services experience, including direct client interaction.
  • A working understanding of financial planning, investments, and account servicing.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
  • The ability to explain financial information clearly and communicate with warmth and professionalism.
  • Comfort using technology and learning new systems. Experience with AssetMark, eMoney, or Redtail is a plus.
  • A collaborative approach and the initiative to solve problems and ask questions when needed.

Company Benefits/Perks

  • Potential performance bonus.
  • Flexibility that supports work-life balance while meeting client and team needs.
  • Employer retirement plan contributions.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.
