Settlement and Accounts Payable Coordinator

Join our fast-growing personal injury law firm as a Settlement and Accounts Payable Coordinator! This role is perfect for someone who loves keeping things organized, managing numbers, and making sure the accounting department runs smoothly. You’ll bridge our legal and finance operations, keeping everything accurate, timely, and compliant.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and reconcile client trust/IOLTA settlements
  • Prepare and review closing statements and disbursements
  • Handle accounts payable, including coding, processing, and issuing vendor payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to resolve questions

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented and organized with 2+ years of AP or bookkeeping experience
  • Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Comfortable with QuickBooks, Excel, and case management software
  • Trustworthy with confidential financial information
