We are seeking a Social Media Data Analyst (Sprinklr Analytics) on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Build scalable reporting systems and self-serve dashboards to support paid social performance measurement and decision-making.
- Own and evolve the paid social reporting ecosystem including dashboards, templates, and automated reporting workflows.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting cadences including weekly reports, campaign wrap-ups, and quarterly business reviews.
- Build and maintain dashboards within Sprinklr and complementary reporting tools.
- Develop line-of-business reporting views that surface actionable business insights.
- Ensure dashboard integrity through tagging standards, taxonomy management, QA processes, and data governance practices.
- Manage data integrations across paid social platforms, site analytics tools, and brand study vendors.
- Consolidate and synthesize data from Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid social platforms into unified reporting views.
- Design, implement, and maintain paid social measurement frameworks across attribution, incrementality, conversion tracking, and experimentation.
- Support conversion tracking, pixel governance, incrementality testing, lift studies, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Partner with marketing technology and data engineering teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and improve reporting reliability.
- Serve as the primary analytics and measurement partner for social marketing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid social channel managers, data science teams, marketing technology teams, and platform partners.
- Identify gaps and blind spots within reporting and measurement ecosystems and recommend scalable solutions.
- Improve reporting automation processes to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight delivery.
- Document measurement methodologies, reporting frameworks, and operational processes to support onboarding and continuity.
- Present data insights and reporting outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders in business-relevant ways.
Skills and Qualifications;
- 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, paid social measurement, or related analytics and reporting roles.
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns, reports, and dashboards within Sprinklr.
- Strong experience with campaign setup, governance, and performance reporting in Sprinklr.
- Sprinklr experience is a must-have requirement
- Deep understanding of paid social measurement methodologies.
- Strong experience with social platform analytics and data integrations across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Experience building and maintaining automated dashboards and reporting pipelines.
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Ability to surface clear, actionable, and business-focused insights from data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate business needs and translate them into reporting and measurement solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing technology, data science, and platform partner teams.
- Experience working within large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Self-directed and capable of operating independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technology companies or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Agency experience supporting enterprise or technology-focused clients.
- Experience working within organizations similar in scale and complexity to major technology platforms.
