Job description
About Twisted Alchemy
Twisted Alchemy was founded in hospitality with one simple goal: make better cocktails easier to execute. What began behind the bar has evolved into a fast-growing brand with a strong B2B, on-premise, and retail presence. As we continue expanding within the beverage, CPG, and better-for-you spaces, we’re looking for team members who understand how to build connection and credibility across multiple audiences, from bartenders and operators to retail buyers and health-conscious consumers.
We are a design-forward company that values authenticity, creativity, and thoughtful storytelling, both online and off.
About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to own the day-to-day management of our organic social channels. This is a hands-on, content-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a growing CPG environment and understands how to translate brand positioning into compelling digital storytelling.
You’ll work closely with our Brand Manager and Co-Founder/CMO to develop, plan, and execute social media content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports both our B2B and retail audiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Engage with followers, customers, retail partners, and industry voices to foster a strong, on-brand community
Content Creation
- Create authentic, on-brand content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and native platform tools
- Write compelling, conversion-aware post copy tailored to both trade and consumer audiences
- Capture lifestyle, product-forward, and educational content reflective of a premium CPG brand
Content Calendar Management
- Plan, manage, and maintain a strategic content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, email, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Balance brand storytelling, product education, promotions, and partnership features
Strategy & Planning
- Support development and execution of organic social strategies aligned with broader marketing goals
- Assist in defining KPIs and contributing to campaign planning (product launches, seasonal pushes, retail activations, trade shows, promotions)
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms
- Provide monthly reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Trend Monitoring
- Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and best practices within beverage, CPG, and health & wellness categories
- Identify opportunities to participate in relevant conversations while protecting brand voice
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure social supports retail growth, distributor relationships, and brand positioning
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Content Creator, Community Manager, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo (preferred), Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar ESPs
- Experience in CPG, beverage, food & beverage, or health & wellness brands strongly preferred
- Proven portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and measurable engagement growth
- Strong understanding of building community for both trade (B2B) and consumer audiences
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
