Job description
We are a women’s outdoor apparel company seeking a Digital Marketing + Social Media Manager to join our team on a contracted basis. The individual will coordinate and execute the company’s digital and social media marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate enjoys creating content, engaging customers and has a passion for outdoor living and activities.
Content management duties
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality social (for both owned channels and ads) and email content
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
- Plan and execute email campaigns including welcome series, trigger flows and weekly cadence of brand / product content
- Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
- Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns
Core marketing responsibilities
- Social media content creation and performance review
- Email marketing content creation and performance
Qualifications/Skills
- BS in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
- Proven experience working with social media
- Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and SquareSpace / MailChimp email platforms
