Social Media Director

The Mom Project is excited to partner with a fast-growing coffee alternative startup dedicated to providing health-conscious moms with delicious, energizing beverage options. Founded by a passionate duo committed to finding better-for-you alternatives to traditional caffeinated drinks, this innovative company has quickly resonated with millennial and Gen X moms seeking to integrate healthier products into their busy lives. With an amazing product line already gaining traction, they are now looking for a talented Social Media Director to expand their digital presence and cultivate an engaged online community of like-minded moms.

What You'll Do
  • Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for our social media channels and ads

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to grow our online presence and community

  • Interact with our amazing customers on social platforms, fostering genuine relationships

  • Collaborate with our founding team on a daily and weekly basis to align social efforts with broader company goals

  • Analyze social media performance and adjust tactics to maximize impact

  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms relevant to our target audience

What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing social media for a consumer brand

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms popular with millennial and Gen X moms

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to embody our brand voice

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media management tools

  • Passion for health and wellness trends and the "better-for-you" consumer product space

  • Self-motivated yet highly collaborative working style

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related skills and experience

Other Details
  • This is a 100% remote, contract position for approximately 10 hours per week to start

  • Compensation commensurate with experience and open to a long-term or full-time arrangement for the right fit
