Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a branded clothing and accessory line company based on small town values and love, and a remote-first company!

They are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team and lead the outreach strategy!

The Social Media Manager will coordinate and execute the company’s social media marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.

Content management duties

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
  • Leverage the right tools to manage your content
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
  • Manage or oversee social advertising campaigns

Core marketing responsibilities

  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
  • Marketing plan development
  • Social media content creation

Qualifications/Skills

  • BS in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
  • Several years proven experience working with social media
  • Goal oriented, self-directed and self-motivated within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, marketing and communication skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikToK
