Job description
I own a real estate brokerage in Chicago focused on investment properties. I am launching a coaching business for real estate agents teaching them to work with investor clients.
This is a 100% Remote role!
Compensation begins at $30/hour commensurate with experience.
The Social Media Manager will coordinate and execute the company’s social media marketing and advertising. I will be recording content biweekly in my studio and need the raw file broken into short and long form videos for social media.
Content management duties
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
- Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
- Leverage the right tools to manage your content
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
- Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
- Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns
Core marketing responsibilities
- SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
- Marketing plan development
- Social media content creation
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience working with social media for real estate agents and/or investors
