Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with a start up focuses on reducing waste in communities, located in Portland, OR!

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our small team. The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, has a sense of creativity and is able to iterate quickly.

The Digital Marketing Lead will report to CMO.

Core responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Google Ad Words and social media campaigns
  2. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  3. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  4. Plan, execute, and measure experiments, conversion tests, and growth strategies
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  6. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Qualifications/Skills

  1. Interest in working in a small but stable start-up environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  3. 3+ years experience in digital marketing and advertising
  4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  6. Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics. BONUS if you have experience with NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
