About Client
Our client is a full-service marketing agency that helps businesses grow through strategic SEO, web design, content marketing, and social media. They don’t create content just to check a box—they develop strategic, data-driven social media campaigns that engage the right audience and drive meaningful results.
The ideal candidate is interested in joining on a part-time basis (25+ hours/week), with the goal to become a full-time team member.
About the Role
Seeking a Social Media Strategist with specific experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) social media experience who understands that great content isn’t about just posting—it’s about strategy, audience engagement, and results. You’ll be responsible for developing monthly social media plans, creating compelling content, and designing graphics and short-form videos that resonate with our clients’ audiences.
This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, creative storytelling in the B2B space, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with team to ensure every post serves a purpose and aligns with each client’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand, goals, and audience.
- Write engaging, on-brand content for posts, carousels, and captions across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Design visually compelling graphics (single images and carousels) using Canva or other design tools.
- Create and edit short-form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels using CapCut or similar tools.
- Stay on top of social media trends to ensure our clients are ahead of the game.
- Analyze performance data and refine strategies based on engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the account team to ensure content aligns with each client’s larger marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.
- MUST have experience with B2B
- Deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, and audience behaviors.
- Proper usage of ChatGPT and other AI tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and basic video editing.
- Strong copywriting skills—able to write clear, compelling, and engaging content.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and projects at once.
- A proactive, creative thinker who understands how to make content work, not just fill a calendar.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Non-Profit, home & professional services clients.
- Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Gain, or Sprout Social.
