We are seeking a Solution Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role will work within the Cross-HCM Solutions Product Marketing team in support of global campaigns and initiatives, producing messaging, marketing and sales collateral across the HCM platform. You'll be working closely with the global team, focusing on activating campaigns and generating assets for sellers and partners and internal stakeholders. This role offers a great opportunity to get hands-on experience across several key Product and Solution Marketing competencies, delivering the creation of compelling product documentation and sales packages. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Pleasanton, CA or Boulder, CO.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Cross-HCM Solutions Product Marketing team in implementing the FY25 content plan
- Design and deliver internal and external collateral, sales training, and messaging
- Support the launch and activation of owned and third-party Tier 1 Events for oCHRO
- Own, manage and provide support
- Support and execute on partner launch activities of NA programs for Sales and Marketing teams
- Help develop creative and compelling content, including product documentation, videos, webinars, presentations, FAQs and sales sheets
- Drive content production forward in collaboration with various teams, including Product Marketing, Subject Matter Experts, Creative & Brand teams, etc.
