Our Customer is seeking a Technical Advertiser/Solutions Consultant on a contract basis to perform deep analyses on client campaigns. This role is on-site in NYC.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for sales teams by providing case management, issue resolution, strategic coordination, and operational support across the advertising ecosystem.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on advertising platform products, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Analyze campaign delivery, measurement, performance, and optimization data to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and solutions related to ad delivery, measurement, campaign performance, and optimization.
  • Deliver exceptional support to advertisers, agencies, and sales teams through email, video calls, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct proactive and reactive campaign performance analyses to improve account health, campaign effectiveness, and revenue outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary resource for auction insights, platform trends, onboarding, and ongoing support for sales teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with advertiser goals and platform capabilities.
  • Educate and train internal sales teams on campaign management strategies, optimization techniques, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop data-driven strategies and solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Influence and support the implementation of quality initiatives, operational improvements, and performance optimization programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success.
  • Troubleshoot technical campaign, tracking, measurement, and integration issues.
  • Support advertiser integrations, measurement solutions, and tracking implementations.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Experience with campaign optimization, ad delivery troubleshooting, performance analysis, and measurement solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting advertisers, agencies, and sales teams in a customer-facing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience conducting client-facing presentations and meetings.
  • Experience providing strategic consultation and operational support within advertising platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience training internal teams and presenting complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting clients and business growth.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SMB sales organizations and large-scale advertising operations.
  • Experience communicating with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven project management and process improvement experience.
  • Advanced JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Python skills for troubleshooting advertiser integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of APIs and server-side integrations.
  • Expertise with tracking pixels and third-party advertising measurement solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in a solutions consultant, technical account management, or technical client services role within a revenue-driven environment.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, brand advertisers, performance marketers, and sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead training sessions and educational programs.
  • Deep understanding of advertising platform products, auction dynamics, measurement methodologies, and campaign optimization strategies.
