Job description

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The main function of a Sourcer is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization
What You’ll Do:
- Perform searches for QUALIFIED PASSIVE candidates according to relevant job criteria, using networking, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
- Will be making 25-30 sourcing out reaches to talent a week
- Conducting a minimum of 10 sourcing pre-screens a week (not recruiting for talent)
- Work with recruiting team members (Closers, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to implement and execute hiring strategy across all technical teams
- Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of Sourcing Experience
- Diversity and Inclusion focus
- Experience with Sourcing high volume via LinkedIn, Piazza / Handshake / Canvas / or other tools
- Project management experience
- Pulling recruiting data and visualizing it (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent training required.
Hours & Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s New York, NY office once it is determined safe to do so. Light travel in the Spring and Fall of 2022 (conference, school events, etc.)
