Our Customer is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Copywriter on a contract basis to help support their business needs.
The bilingual Copywriter (English/Spanish) will shape the brand presence across languages, audiences, and channels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring meaningful connections with Spanish-speaking audiences while maintaining brand consistency across diverse communities.
Responsibilities include writing and consulting on Spanish-language campaigns to ensure cultural fluency, authenticity, and alignment with brand standards. The role also contributes to integrated brand campaigns across consumer, delivery partner, and merchant audiences, supporting initiatives that reach large-scale audiences across multiple touchpoints.
The ideal candidate understands brand voice as a strategic asset—capable of protecting, evolving, and applying it consistently across formats, from campaign localization and lower-funnel performance assets to high-visibility brand moments. This role requires both strong creative judgment and operational discipline, including the ability to manage complex workflows, incorporate layered stakeholder feedback, navigate evolving briefs, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Write and consult on Spanish-language campaigns, ensuring cultural nuance and alignment with brand standards
- Translate and transcreate English campaigns into Spanish, adapting messaging for clarity, resonance, and cultural context rather than direct translation
- Contribute to integrated brand campaigns across consumer, delivery partner, and merchant audiences
- Maintain a clear, conversational brand voice across languages and formats
- Develop compelling lower-funnel messaging that is direct, engaging, and performance-driven
- Manage complex asset trackers and multi-surface campaign builds
- Shape ambiguous or dense briefs into focused, single-minded messaging
- Deliver high-volume work with speed, agility, and strong attention to detail
- Collaborate cross-functionally and incorporate feedback into campaign execution
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated experience writing Spanish-language marketing campaigns
- Experience working with technology or consumer brands with a defined voice and strong creative standards
- Strong command of brand voice with the ability to write clear, conversational, human-centered copy
- Strong transcreation skills with the ability to adapt messaging culturally rather than translate literally
- Understanding of performance-driven and lower-funnel messaging principles
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving inputs
- Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional feedback
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail across large-scale campaign builds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting multi-audience campaigns across consumer, marketplace, or platform-based businesses
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaign executions
